Jeff Chandra BSc (Hons), MBA, FCMI
Jeff’s leadership development practice is informed by over 20 years experience as a Chief Executive of NHS Trusts, Health Authorities and independent consultancies, as well as senior roles in local government. His work has extended across the public and private sectors as an Executive Coach to Chairmen, Chief Executives, Directors and senior clinical leaders, as well as those aspiring to these roles.
He also works with a number of Foundation Trust, PCT and Ambulance Trust Boards to help them to deliver the aspirations they have for their organisations, as well as the expectations the NHS has of them.
His education, professional associations and training include: an MBA from Cranfield School of Management; BSc (Hons); Post-grad qualification in Executive Coaching; Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute; member of the NHS Institute’s Executive Coaching Panel, NHS Breaking Through programme and Local Government Coach panel; member of the Standards Committee of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC); trained in tools such as NHSI’s Board Development Tool (BDT), MBTI, 360 feedback, Belbin. He has an extensive list of publications and is a regular speaker at national conferences.
